    There an interview with jones prior to the Brannon fight (looked on youtube but can't find it) saying benn turned the fight down. Apparantly from what i remember from the interview HBO had apparantly offered Benn a career high purse.

    In all honesty this is one fight i'm glad never came off, Benn was never the same after the fight with Gerald

    To me Eubank compared to Jones is what Camacho was to Whitaker, a very good fighter who had a good career but was clearly not on the same level.

    Indeed. This was an open sort of boxing council by the likes of Steve Farhood and company asking RJJ all sorts of questions about his committment to boxing and what not. Interesting stuff.

    I dont believe that Jones made any serious offers to the other fighters at smw, I have treid my best to confirm his offers and I get the impression that he didnt make any serious offers to anyone.
