That is good insight from a guy that said his son was going to be better than Floyd Mayweather, but Andy Ruiz just beat a fighter that is far better P4P than anyone Eubank beat.

Eubank Sr is mocked and ridiculed by so many "fans" yet he was a complete legend in the game! And has more boxing knowledge and IQ than what most posters on here could only pretend to have.

Also, I am happy he believed in his son, I am happy he said 'his son is better than Floyd Mayweather'. That is the job of a father, to support their children and help them. Chris Eubank Jr tried to shoot for glory and lost 2 fights doing. Nevertheless, at least he had the fighting guts and spirit to try. Kudos.

As far as children of boxing legends go, Eubank Jr. has actually done really good.

    What does that even mean?

Arthur Abraham was a 'far' more proven champion than Josh. DeGale too. Past their best? Yeah, but so was Wlad.

Degale was never near Wlad`s level and certainly didn`t retain any power at all, but I was speaking about Sr`s opposition anyway.

And that alone makes him better than FlIVd in my book. When did FlIVd ever dare to step up and challenge himself at great risk in pursuit of true greatness? 50-0 just tells me you never dared to be great.

Floyd Mayweather has had a beautiful career. I can tell you Floyd did dare to step up and challenge himself much much more than some other boxers lauded on these forums. Regardless of other boxers, Floyd has an astute resume, some post-prime fighters, some prime fighters and some up-and-coming fighters. Overall, a resume to be proud of.

Nice resume for sure. Terrific fighter for sure. That being said if I felt like repeating myself id absolutely obliterate your list. Fortunately for you im not in the mood to do it for the thousandth time.

Wow. You can't mention Joshua in the same breath as Nigel Benn or Michael Watson until he proves himself like Benn did against DeWitt, Barkley, Eubank (2nd fight) and McClellan and makes 10-12 defences, wins overseas and comes back from devastating losses successfully. Can you see Joshua standing in front of Wilder like Watson did Benn? He won't even get in the ring with him.

And then there's G. Rocchigiani who outboxed Malinga, Maske, Dariusz and Nunn from a high guard! Maske and Dariusz were better than a PEAK Wlad, and Rocky was robbed blind against them both.

Joshua hasn't actually fought anybody near their best other than Andy Ruiz and Joseph Parker - very ordinary fighters. Guys like Tony Thornton were infinite better challengers. Look what a close, competitive fight Tony gave Toney (and DeWitt gave Hearns).

No comparison in the standard and depth of middleweights then and heavyweights now. Mike McCallum was a better fighter than Loma or Crawford.

Every fighter's resume can be picked apart. Some more than others, but not Floyd's.

I mean, if you really want to pick apart a resume, look at Calzaghe's...

Mosley, Oscar and Pac were so far past their best it's not even funny.

He should've fought Tszyu, Cotto or Hatton at 140 or two or three of them then. And Marg and Williams at 47, actual challenges far beyond a Baldomir or a blown up old guy.

Calzaghe, God. He was a joke for a decade, pulling out of fights all the time and not drawing a dime.
