Eubank Jr is one of the most entertaining boxers of the last ten years in buildups, and his fights never disappoint. I would like him to win spectacularly. I worry his legs have gone a bit, and the chin is not what it was. He is not young - at all. Has looked quite frail physically in his last fights, which are always about a year in between....
The problem with Eubank is that come fight weigh in he's usually drained as sin. Probably should be fighting at 168 but I think he's hung around hoping for a crack at Benn and a pay day. Of the gear undersized and not great to begin with you'd think Eubank should be able to stop Connor. Strange career young Christopher has had - probably not got loads of time left but hasn't kicked on to challenge for a proper world title.
This. The guy is a clown, always challenging other fighters outside the ring, but has never fought anyone in it, he was in Aldi last week pushing random shoppers shouting come on then!!
Conor Benn has to somehow start eating eggs again without getting caught. Otherwise, he has no chance against Eubank Jr.
Its a nothing fight. Has been from day one and continues to be. I'm not even going to blame either fighter for this, the fact this fight will make a lot of money because enough people out there want to see them fight because of their surnames and daddies fighting over 30 years ago sums it all up. I got no time for either of them.
He deserves it to be 70-30 just as compensation alone for his wasted training camp when Benn clucked positive. Loved Nigel but my distain for Connor is off the chart. Absolute tool.
