Yarde is the biggest joke I've seen on these shores. A trilogy with Lyndon Arthur? He has no interest in fighting the best. He is out to line his pockets.

 

Arthur doesn’t half get some good fights to say he’s proper boring.

Clear that this event is being financed by PPV, Ticket/Hospitality sales, and a dodgy event sponsor rather than just an unlimited budget.

As we’ve mentioned before on here it’s not Turkey personally bankrolling boxing it’s the Saudi state sportswashing.

Don’t get me wrong Turkey will have more money in his bank account than 99.9% of us on here will ever see but in the grand scheme of things he’s a puppet whose currently the flavour of the week with MBS. In the future that could change and the next man in the job may not want to invest in boxing/feels it’s no return on the investment.

I suspect this promotion is being done on Matchroom terms, with the boxers 'running the show', the promoter taking some risk but nobody losing any money.

There has to be a reason Frank and Eddie were hand picked to run the Saudi boxing. Eddie because somehow he makes huge profits through hype and good accounting, Frank because he invariably works with every promoter and doesn't **** them off. Still haven't a clue where Spencer Braaaahn fits in.
