Following in the footsteps of over hyped frauds like Joe Calzaghe, Jan Zavech will face Paul Delgado, America's 37th highest rated welterweight(boxrec) for his IBF title. After securing what is sure to be a disputed split decision(ie robbery) victory against the American electrical engineer, Zavech has stated he hopes to conquer America's top ranked part time boxing plumber, or perhaps an Argentinian hotel manager.

Zaveck is a euro level talent. You do not understand. He is fighting Delgado because he sees his true toughness, with competative loses to tough european champions such as Vitaliy Demyanenko.

Well, he did try to fight Mosley, Berto etc to no avail, wasn't his fault. And if you've actually seen him fight you'd see he's actually a good fighter. Why do you assume it's going to be a robbery? Because you're completely ignorant of anybody's abilities outside of America?

What does try mean to you? He offered them $1000 to fly to Germany to be robbed? Aside from having a paper belt picked up from a trash can why should any of those guys consider fighting this guy?

You mean the American electrical engineer? Yeah maybe he is a class above a semi pro fighter with less than 10 wins against opponents above .500.

Since becoming a champion Roy has never, and I mean never, defended a title against an opponent of this quality. I'll spell this guy's name right after he accomplishes something as a prize fighter.

Calzaghe is a fraud? At least you are not biased.
