Aydin is ****, Turkish fighter with a very heavily padded record. Plus I know how many of his wins he actually deserved, he didn't deserve the last one.

A walk in the park for Berto.

I never blamed him from pulling out of the fight. It was 8 family members. Berto was in the M2 Lounge in NYC 2 weeks later straight chilling. I know we all mourn different but this was in bad taste.

i remember i posted that, read it on his twitter and everyone told me 'so what?'.

but seriously Berto seems like a nice guy and has some solid tools, its about time he steps up in comp though, we've been talking about him stepping up for almost 2 years now.

What pisses me off about the guy and his comp is that it's on HBO. I pay to have HBO and HBO on demand. The only reson I have HBO is for Boxing and this guy berto and his team steal good broadcasting time on these worthless match ups. Berto's run at WW makes Floyd look like Murderers row.

    Figueroa
    Bravo
    Trabant
    Forbes
    Urango
    Hernandez
Rodriguez(won the vacant title from, I have never heard of this guy and I'm a fanatic)

Quintana and Collazo are his only 2 quality wins at WW and Quintana was 34 years old and lost his last fight at WW by KO to Paul Williams.

Turkey is not in Europe so Selcuk doesn't qualify for Euro level talent (and that alone means he's a level worse than if he was born in Bulgaria or something).

No it is not. It has a small territory over the Bosporus and Dardanelles, the geographical borders of Europe, but 95% of it is in Asia.

Politically / geographically it may not but they take part in European boxing championships so I guess they are

Doesn't matter though. Aydin is shite, can't wait to see him KOed.

I think not. They like to call themselves Eurasian - and to a degree, that's true - but Turkey is an Asian country unless that changed since my school days. From a different standpoint it's a Mediterranean country just like Syria (Asia) or Egypt (Africa), and has some ties with political Europe, but culturally, geographically and historically it's Asian.
Lol! Yeah, I think his reign will be short too.

Your theories are radically disconnected from reality. Ionut Dan Ion was a 26-0, Euro-level Romanian superstar when he faced Aydin, and Aydin took his 0. Ion is better than anyone Berto has ever faced. The bout was highly competitive, but Ionut Dan Ion is no Luis Collazo, Juan Urango, or Freddy Hernandez, and I expected Aydin to have a rough time with a Euro-level profssional like Ionut Dan Ion.

I believe that both Ionut Dan Ion and Selcuk Aydin would comprehensively outbox Andre Berto. But Berto will not face them. He will continue to face regional-grade athletes like Collazo, Maidana, Urango, and Hernandez and retire with an undefeated record.

Aydin has superior footspeed, handspeed, output, punch variety, technical skills, heart, and ring generalship. His Euroshell defense cannot be penetrated by American-level athletes like Berto. Berto will swing at air, and will be KO-ed once Aydin begins to address Berto's American-level weaknesses.
