I have to commend Pedroza's character (yes, even as a dirty fighter) resolve and mental strength for overcoming that disasterous blow out of a ko defeat at the hands of Alfonzo Zamora earlier in his career. If you ever need to know that a greater fighter can develop from a crushing defeat like that and he will be even greater than the fighter who defeated him, just check out Eusebio Pedroza's career and his great championship reign...

Love Pedroza, and Sanchez has a rough time with him. That said, Pedroza never fought anyone as good as Sanchez, so who knows. Toss-up kind of fight.

One of my fantasy fights way back when was Pedroza Gomez. What a filth fest that would have been, potentially more vicious than Norwood Gainer if that's possible.

I was just watching some of his fights the other night.

Thanks for posting. A hard fighter to appreciate until you really start to pay attention.

And that's the important part that most people forget about bro,...I guess most fighters can fight dirty, but not necessarily with talent!

Welcome back! Yeah, I think if they faced one another three times (in and around their prime) you'd get three extremely competitive fights. I don;t think anyone shuts the other out, stops the other, or sweeps a series.
