Gomez moves up from super bantamweight and
goes after Featherweight Champion Eusebio Pedroza.

Fight to be held in neutral site Las Vegas.

    Totally foul filled.

    Who wins ??

In a good fight Pedroza would come on strong in the later rounds for a clear decision, maybe a body shot stoppage in 14-15 rounds.

In a Gomez vs Pedroza fight, the term "Went South of the Border" is NOT even in their vocabulary.

Gomez by DQ in 9 when Pedroza is caught hitting him over the head with the stool after two previous warnings.

    Gomez by late rounds stoppage

Pedroza was less durable than Sanchez, who easily took Gomez's power shots.

Hahaha...maybe Pedroza has a little too much, I don't really know. Gomez failed to really impress outside of his preferred division.

Pedroza did get KO'd a few times earlier in his career but none after the age of 20. His durability seemed fine at 126.

Assuming they aren't both thrown out of the ring in disgrace, I think Pedroza might be a bit too savvy for Gomez.

Pedroza rides out some rough moments and stops his man between rounds 10 - 15.
