I'm not as fully versed on Pedroza as I would like to be. He's a fighter I love to watch, I've just never really sat down and studied him. I think in this fight he would have the advantages of adaptability of range (both were masters of this, but I cant see anyone as comfortable at any range as Pedroza) and perhaps the variety of his offence. Marcel in my eyes has the better defence and movement, and integrates himself better between offence and defence. It would be a great fight. I think Marcel's extra dimension of lateral movement might be the difference here.
