he's on a quest. a quest to become the unified heavyweight champion of the world, he needs to be fighting top contenders :!:
It is weird he is fighting these guys and pulling them out of retirement. I read somewhere his estate in Atlanta costs him 2 million a year just to maintain it. Thats a lot of cash. He should probably think of downsizing.
I'm pretty sure he's been trying to for about 5 years or so, but nobody's stupid enough to buy it. Most people just don't have the cash for a 100 room mansion, and even most obscenely rich people don't want a house that big. The problem is that all of Holyfield's liquidity is tied up in that house, so he'll probably keep fighting until he can sell it or it gets foreclosed upon (in which case he'll lose it for nothing and be broke).
It's good Evander is fighting these guys considering he's at almost 50 even older than any of them. He should stay away from current top-fighters. Yes he had beaten Valuev easily at 46. But Holy is totally shot, his prime was like 20 years ago. And if he continues to fight, it's a good idea to fight 40+ years old guys rather than young top-contenders.
