The real deal just turned 49 a while ago and looks to be in truly amazing shape for a 49 year old looks better then povetkin and most guys out there, my question is do you guys think he can be the undisputed champion of the world again? personally I feel that he can, if a fat 250+ Foreman can do it, i bet a shizzling 215 pound fit Holyfield can pull it off.

Yes he's still active and is openly saying that he wants to fight the k bros

  5. Holyfield is actually 225 pounds now. He is in amazing shape. He's looks like he's made out of cement! But I think he can beat Povetkin but not Wlad at this stage. Prime Holyfield would kill Wlad and Vitali.
I would say that Haye and Holyfield have the best physiques in boxing right now.

No, and Povetkin isn't a World Champion.
    He holds a paper belt.

"Do you think he can pull of the seemingly impossible and become the oldest champion?"

Well Beyond Shot Zombie Holy technically should've been the oldest ABC beltholder ever, when he was robbed against Valuev. However, he's getting more & more horrendously shot (Sherman fight), so he'll never do it again, even against fake WBA Chump Povetkin, which wouldn't count anyway.

I don't think OP realizes how ridiculously shot Holyfield is.

That is true, but is a WILDLY different statement than the claim made in the title, "Evander Holyfield 49 yrs best shape in boxing". (hi, Tim Bradley? :hi: Among others..)

Again true, but again completely not the same as the statement made in the title.

I'm starting to think you're only thinking about heavyweights when you say this.

In that case, yeah, I think Evander despite being 49 is probably among the most in-shape heavies. That's a valid claim. I don't know that you can necessarily even say he is in THE hands-down best shape of the division, though...let alone all of boxing.

    Absolutely ****ing not.

That 250lb Foreman wouldn't have been damn near KTFO by Sherman Williams, or have looked as generally **** (talking in terms of boxing performances, not "shape") as Holy has for the last several years now.

    Boxing isn't bodybuildling.

No matter how much I, you and everyone else doesn't want it to be true he is still technically a world champ.
