And after stopping Norton & Frazier he got too cocky in his power which led to his demise against Ali.

dont forget the fact that he wasnt used to going rounds, I dont think he as the old saying goes "fell in love with his power", more like he couldnt deal with angles and strategy in the long run

No surprise since, in his prime, Foreman hit harder than any heavyweight in history.

In his prime, the Klit girls would last less than 6 rounds with Prime Foreman.

The Foreman punch which has always impressed me the most was his knockout of Michael Moorer. It looked like a tap. It looked like an short, arm punch. And look at the results. Knocked out Moorer and split his mouthpiece and lip. Unreal.

everybody knows foreman is one of the hardest punchers to ever lace up gloves. he's up there with shavers.

to the ones who are mentioning tyson. tyson was a faster puncher, but didn't punch as hard IMO.

Nah... that guy couldn't punch. I think I can go 15 rounds with prime George, no fuzz. :!:

This is what is so remarkable about Foreman. I am thinking this every fight I see of his.

An old George Foreman probably hits harder than most prime Heavyweights. Hell just look at his hands, they are gigantic

He's just a naturally big man. I remember seeing Wlad-Peter in Atlantic City when George was commentating...he looked just as big as those two even in his 50's.
