A lot of these guys dread the prospect, let alone the very thought of, returning to the very lifestyle of the mere mortal or to even comprehend the fact that a little bit of a reality check in financial discipline is not a backword step or especially a percieved loss of rep in the eyes of their so called peers. Seen it happen myself so so many times:-(

 

Evander, I grew up watching you fight, and thank you very much. You are a great fighter congrats on your retirement, but if the Klitchko call you'll be back and I'll be cheering for you. If this is it, sincerely thank you.

Who is he going to beat by fighting on? I don't see any winnable fights for him in the top 10. It could make sense to fight bums a few more times and make some money, but really he should be spending his time figuring out what he's going to do with the rest of his life
