He wouldn't knock him out but he would beat the **** out of him, after some initial struggles and earn the decision. Not exactly a compliment to Peter, Holyfield would find a way to get rocked or struggle against anybody, just the nature of his game.

Holyfield pushed around Mike Tyson and stopped him. I have no doubts he could knock out a fighter as crude and unskilled as Sam Peter.
peters power was overrated, he was pretty much garbage with no defense, holyfield would whoop his ass something bad
Holy was a great boxer for being a HW, but he had underrated power too. Peter wouldn't last 5 rounds with a prime Holy.
