Just sad for the heavyweight division that a once great boxer like Holyfield that is not even the shadow of what he was before is still a factor in this weight class...

If by factor you mean contender, then no I don't think your right. His name can still generate some revenue but that's about it. It's not really the division's fault that he decided to stick around, and of course his name will make him a 'factor' while hes still looking fit.

Adamek is fast but you have to give The Real Deal some chance He can make a war with anyone. If he turns it into a leaning scrappy fight and Evan Fields HGH shows his durability then i dont think it would be as clear cut as people think.

Embarass are you kidding ?Did you see how h struggled against Arreola a fat sloppy plodder ? Unless Ademek knocks out Holy be prepared for a real deal clinic !!!

Bring it on I hope they make this fight ..It will be like Moore Foreman all over again !

If Adamek continues his streak of fighting the best competition on his way to the top then a real legitimate and logic next fight is Adamek-Thompson. This would put him in the position of beating 2 of the K's recent opponents, he would actually have a more legitimate clame to fight either Klitschko then Haye does.
Chambers I don't think will take it just yet and Thompson will fight anybody. So, that's my pick.

and thats what makes it that much funnier, on paper holyfield loses in embarressing fashion. but if grandpa holy can knock this guy through the canvas then adamek is finished at HW. nobody would take him seriously anymore if he couldnt beat a pensioner:rofl

I don't want Adamek to take this fight, but if he did it as stay busy fight / old worn down name, why not?

    He wins anyway.

Honestly, with Wladimir, Povetkin and Haye all tied up, it isn't a bad option for Adamek. He will fight in front of 20,000 people and get paid a real nice chunk of change from Polsat. Obviously it does nothing for his legacy, and it will be a repeat of Ibragimov vs Holyfield, but just like Sultan he can make a lot of money.
