    (1996)
    Record: 31-3 (22)
    Quality of competition: 7
Bouts vs Top 50 fighters: 2
Why He`s Here: He`s the ultimate overachiever
What He Could Have Done To Better His Ranking: Won the heavyweight title from Tyson instead of Douglas. Holy was rate 1 place behind Roy Jones on this list but do you think he should have been rated higher than Jones in `96 and should he be rated higher than Roy now? Do you think Jones could have won any round vs Holy if he fought him in his prime at cruiser or at heavyweight, before Holy became a much bigger Heavy?

With an asterix. His accomplishments were amazing, the number of great fighters he beat second only to Ali. But we don't know how much of it was him and how much was "Evan Fields."

I believe he should be rated higher than Roy, his resume of big wins is superior and he took fights he was expected to lose (Tyson, Bowe rematch, Lewis) unlike Roy who avoided danger, even his win over Ruiz while impressive and historic was very opportunistic, Ruiz was a 2-1 underdog !!
