    Holyfield UD or TKO12.
Tyson was in my opinion in the best physical condition he ever was post-prison in this fight, so i'd expect him to have far more than the 5 round stamina he showed in "Finally" (where he looked to be in his worst condition pre-2001), be stronger and be more durable. Giachetti had improved Tyson's faded combination punching and head movement, worked on escaping the grappling, plus he would have been able to offer important advice in the corner in what would be guaranteed to be a rough, gruelling fight.

Holyfield on the other hand had the massive confidence from bullying Tyson to a stoppage when they first met, was extremely ripped (even more so than their first bout) so i believe he'd be stronger than before. Not to mention his great trainer Tommy Brooks, again would prove vital in providing brilliant tactics for Holyfield.

In terms of what happened in the fight, Holyfield won the first round, then Tyson clearly won the second, contrary to the opinion of such bias media sources as Sky and the BBC, but I can understand their need to be anti-Tyson though, as the biting in round 3 shocked the world. I think had Tyson properly retaliated to the headbutts with elbows and low bows, then he would have made the rematch into a close fight. I see Holyfield being victorious though, as the emotional wreck & mental timebomb of a Tyson began to crumble in the late rounds, partially due to the 2 deep butt-cuts on his eye sockets getting worse from punches and inevitable further butts, the punishment from the battle, aswell as the physical bullying tactics by Holyfield; Tyson simply was not mentally prepared here for the brutal, bloody war ahead and that would be his downfall.

Here is the fight in high quality, for anyone who wants to re-watch it:

I noticed that too, esp the 3rd round where he came out ferocious, i think if the fight had continued tyson may have beaten him, i know its wrong to say but the bite for me levelled the playing field a bit with holyfields butting, round 3 was more of a fair fight with a slightly scared holyfield. i watched the Tyson 2009 film and he spoke about the first fight, imo mike was way too overconfident for that fight

Nope. it just wouldn't happen like that. Tyson hits harder then holy, and he has head movement. I think the hand speed is similar in their primes. the Holyfield against Cooper or bowe was throwing many punches at a time. and Holyfield has more heart then Tyson, and he's more durable.
so just don't think Tyson will hand holy his ass. Holyfield beat him up twice IMO and he'd have his number before prison too.

I think it depends on which Holy we're talking about. He was of course a Cruiser so I doubt he would be ready for Tyson in the late 80's before Holy was a heavyweight. 91-93 Holy beats him in my opinion, hell I'd probably favor the Holy during the Douglas fight over Tyson even though I'm a big Tyson fan. Holy just had more heart though Tyson was pretty durable too.
