I think Holyfield stops him late in the fight.

 

I’d back Holyfield via late stoppage or UD.

Jimmy was very, very good for a period there until Frazier wrecked him. The version that whipped Leotis Martin would’ve been very competitive with Evander. He had good handspeed, intelligent movement and a sneakily sharp right hand. Evander would endure some rough patches until his amazing will to win eventually breaks Jimmy to all allow Evander to take it late. Picture an even higher quality Holyfield-Dokes fight and you’ll get the picture.
