    great fight hell the one they had was a real good fight iwanna go evander cause it just seemed like he always found a way but as good as holmes did past his best i think holmes edges him out

    Holyfield in his prime was the greatest counterpuncher of all time. Holmes probably had the best jab.

    That said, I think Holy slips that jab all night, countering with hooks and uppercuts, and beating Holmes to the body.

    We all know styles make fights, and Holmes is tailormade for Holy's style.

    A younger Larry Holmes means Larry Holmes with foot movement. The Holmes who whooped Earnie Shavers would beat the Evander Holyfield that beat him.

    I wouldn't count Holyfield out of a fight with any HW in history. But Holmes at his best would have beaten him.
