    Weight loss helps but sadly I doubt Peter would be able to outbox Holyfield.

    Peter by knockout, as long as his weight is around 240. Holyfield can be hit, and Peter has pretty fast hands for his built. I see Holyfield being caught early and being stopped, Peter just would have to put the pressure on early and catch Evander off guard.
