How does Prime Holyfield fare against:

    Mike Weaver
    John Tate
    Tony Tubbs
    Tim Witherspoon
    Greg Page
    James 'Bonecrusher' Smith
    Carl 'The Truth' Williams
    Trevor Berbick
    M Spinks
    Frank Bruno

If all of these fights happened one after another involving Holyfield from his move up to heavy until his loss to Riddick Bowe, it'd be one of the most entertaining runs of all time. The fighters who'd pressure him (Weaver, Berbick, Witherspoon) would all give him great fights, but I think he's too accurate of a counter-puncher for those guys. He'd out-work them clearly, as well as landing cleaner and coming off better in exchanges. Weaver would be like a hybrid of Holmes-Weaver and Holyfield vs Cooper IMO, AKA: a ****ing great fight. Guys like Tate, Tubbs, Page and Williams would try and out-box Holy, don't have the arsenal to deter him IMO, and don't have the legs to out-box him. Holyfield exchanges and chasing down Tubbs and Page would be incredibly fun to watch IMO, especially if Page elects to trade with him (although that'd be unbelievably stupid). I don't think Williams has the chin or mental fortitude to have much succes. Same with Bruno and Spinks. Coetzee would be a good fight too, so would Renaldo Snipes.

The only one I don't think I'd wanna see, is the Bonecrusher fight. I think Holyfield is too accurate and fast for him, and causes him to adopt John Ruiz's way of thinking.

I think he beats all of those men but some of those would have been extremely entertaining bouts. Especially Mike Weaver, Frank Bruno, Trevor Berbick and Bonecrusher. Those fights would have some huge exchanges

Since this is Holy, there's several good fights here:

Weaver-Weaver might be able to trouble Holyfield, but Evander has an easy time of it. UD 12.
    Tate-Holyfield RTD 8.
    Tubbs-Holyfield UD 12.
Witherspoon-Toughest match for Holyfield. Holyfield SD 12. Very rough fight.
Page-Page too tough to get knocked out. Not a glamorous win for Holyfield. Holyfield UD 12.
Smith-Holyfield would beat Smith up the way Holmes did. Holyfield UD 12. Super easy.
Williams-Close match for a while. Plenty of jabbing going on. Williams gives Holyfield a run for his money, and I think would be leading, but Williams would get tagged and that would be the end of it. Holyfield TKO 9.
Berbick-Very entertaining fight. Holyfield may/ may not take an early knockdown. Berbick would also go down imo, losing a UD in the process. Best fight of the bunch. @Richard M Murrieta :deal:.
Spinks-Very close boxing match. Good chess match to boot. Holyfield SD. Would've been an excellent bout.
Bruno-Holyfield TKO 5. Bruno hurts him but gets battered.

The Real Deal every time against the big titty decade. But he NEVER beats prime Holmes.

The 80s was a decade packed with so many heavies that were good at one time or another. I can't help but feel that there's a few guys left out.

Smith vs Evander prime for prime ? I think that would be fun as hell. Two durable guys who could punch. I certainly don’t think it would be boring
