This fight is about as meaningless as it can get in boxing. And I'm a Holyfield fan. Evander may not realize it, but he's semi-retired whether he wants to be or not.

I think Holyfield needs the money honestly.. he was having some money trouble a while back... so what if it's not for any sort of competitive rankings. If he can get paid to do what he does just let him do his thing.

    Andrzej Wawrzyk 19-0
    Yakup Saglam 26-0
    Andriy Rudenko 18-0
    Vladimir Tereshkin 17-0
    Alexander Ustinov 21-0
    Alexey Soloviev 17-0

Holyfield would only fare well against regional-grade opponents like Briggs, Barrett, Brewster, Brock, and Banks, but would be probably be stopped the preceding list of Eurotalents.

What's this? A list of six fighters that have beaten 118 bums between them?

i heard of ustinov thats about it...

point is there's all this hollering for him to retire but fact remains he's almost unarguably one of the top 10 heavyweights on the planet!!

had he not been robbed in the valuev fight he would be world champion now!

Holyfield would beat all those im sorry to say.
If you wanted to list a bunch of eastern europeans that would beat Holyfield you could have, but the one's you've mentioned are a joke.

I wish Evander would just retire already, he's going to get hurt if he keeps going at his age

Look, I'm as big a Holyfield fan as the next guy, but he's almost 50 years old. ANY of these guys (and probably others) beat him pretty convincingly now, imo.

    Chagaev
    Povetkin
    Adamek
    Boystov
    Chambers

The sad part about it is that, even as recently as ten years ago, Holyfield destroys all of them.

But Brian is a very underrated fighter. Becuase he is so fat.. but he got huge charisma and can take and deliver some good punches.. He is also a former world champion and won olympic medal alaso

Brian Nielsen had the record once for most undeated fights in the heavyweight division or somehting like that..

    he also beat foreman
