Evander has a fighting chance against any one because of his heart and his pedigree. Remember that he has an extensive Amateur Background. This matchup is a toss up in my opinion with Holyfied having the advantage due to the stronger competition he's faced.
Also Evander has a chin made of iron, remember all the shots he took against Riddick Bowe in round 10? And he STILL wasn't knocked down. I think Evander wins due to the fact that Holyfield will easily get past Wladimir's jab and force him to slug out. I don't think Wladimir can just pot shot with his jab like he has done against most of his opponents, and not expect fire in return.
