Agreeed. Chagaev would beat both Holy and Iggy imo.

Holyfield will loose... damn the Russian is quicker, younger and he's a southpaw.

This fight, IMO, will be lost for Holy in the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th rounds.... hate to say it but i cant see him winning. Though i havnt seen his last two fights...

Toney was not a huge tub back then. Not the Toney of today. He was good at 217. Looked good enough, anyway.

Holyfield on points after dropping Sultan along the way.

How did Holyfield look vs Savarese in terms of hand speed (He didn't have enough time to prove any re workrate) and did Holyfield keep a work rate up against Maddalone?

Are you getting these two fights confused. The Savarese fight went the distance, while the Maddalone was over quickly. His punch output is much improved in recent fights. And Oquendo didn't see the punch that decked him.

I feel the opposite. Sultan was dropped by Ray Austin who really is not an upper-tier heavyweight. And of all the champions he got his title from Briggs who can boast nothing aside from his punch, weight and dreadlocks.

I'd say Holy suddenly holds back time enough to score a stoppage in 10.

Ibragimov is going to win this fight and then everyone will go "Danny Williams" on him and complain about Holyfield's age and how shot he is et cetera.

Of course they will be right, but where will all these "Evander will win"-guys from this thread be then?

Well, I would still be here. I gave a prediction and I have basis on why I reached that conclusion.

And the truth is, after the fight is signed, Iggy is fighting an old man who is supposed to be a fodder, to pad his record with name guys till a big payday comes along.

I honestly don't believe that Evander is going to be ko'd, but I think he will he most likely out hustled and beaten on a decision. It isnt Iggy's style to score ko's, and he's very good at winning marginal decisions. Either way though, win or lose, Evander wont go away until he is rendered brain dead by a lethal puncher like Wlad. It's unfortunate and a tragedy in the making, but Evander ain't gonna walk away until he's carried away. He dosen't know when to quit.

Evander will be 59, fight some Colorado club fighter with a record of something like 5-12-2, and get taken apart.
