Evangelista has no case here, at least not if it's filed in a US courtroom, I don't know about Puerto Rican law. For one Miguel can get many of the witnesses (or videotape) of when he was training for fights in Puerto Rico and show how Evangelista spent almost all of his time with other fighters and none of it working with Miguel. On top of that, Miguel could file a countersuit for Evangelista throwing a brick at him (which could be considered attempted murder although I know that's a stretch) and causing emotional distress (although Miguel isn't a ***** so he wouldn't do that).
Puerto Rico is a USA courtroom idiot!!! it goes to state level first there was a contract signed by both parties Miguel should settle this ****
Ah I thought that you thought that I was actually an idiot. We all know that 7.5 million PR dollars is way more than just $10 US dollars. It's probably like a thousand
ther's no such thing as Puerto rican dollars...we've used U.S dollars since the Spanish American war, so I assume you're just trying to be funny
