I realize Pac is not Campbell genius. But it should be more clear now that Pac should be the favorite against Diaz imo. Not just because he lost, but because he really showed some major flaws in the ring, including one that is the worst you can get for a fighter (imo): mental weakness

BTW, I don't recall seeing Diaz wobbled or hurt this fight. I saw him get exhausted from body shots and beaten at his own game. Campbell, btw, is a big puncher at LW who hit Diaz flush a ton....

Diaz could never have beaten Hatton. He's Diaz with more strength and power.

Btw whats the deal of this with Pacquiao? Why Diaz fans are heading for Pacquiao after he just lost. For my thoughts if those 2 are now in the ring, much worst could happen at Diaz. No excuses please.

I don't have the time right now to break down this fight, but who says that Pac has to fight going backwards? Is he magically going to change his tactics and decide to give up ground? He won't give Diaz any respect cause he can't crack an egg. Not to mention Diaz is open to getting tagged with straights quite often. Thats Pacs best punch. This fight would be easy money imo :D

Ummm....it was Pacquiao fans in this thread talking about Diaz, not vice versa.

still not convinced about Diaz, so it wasnt a surprise really.
he has good workrate, but like someone said, if he fought someone who can last the distance and have a good beard then he can have troubles. Exceptional skills arent necessary to beat him imo.

We are underrating Campbell in this thread. Many here thought Campbell was a live underdog.

Did you not watch tonights fight.
Campbell didnt win because he fought backwards, he won because he kept coming forward.

Dude Diaz lost fair and square, no need to say other boxers name about it. Goes for both Pac fans and Diaz fans. Time will tell if they meet in the ring. Let's just give props to Campbell.

Exactly why are people even talking about Pacquiao here is beyond me, this is Campbell's night. He came in focused and it showed that he can beat anyone in the division when he does.

I hope for his next fight he gets a big paycheck, because he deserves it.

Don't tell me....you are the one who popped up asking why Diaz fans were mentioning Pacquiao when it was the other way around.

prob is that after this loss, the fight will probably never happen. all we can do now is speculate and argue who beats who.

and this idea of pac not being able to fight off the back foot has already been answered since the second and third morales fights. pac has improved himself through the years.
