Im mostly upset with floyd going on vacation after fighting mosley, hima sking for bloodtest made me think why do you have to be so difficult to negotiate with... just make the fight! but I dont have a problem with it now. He should have fought pac right after mosley, so late 2010 when toprank had that clock running with waiting for floyd and he decided to leave only to come back after pacquiao looks bad vs mosley then waiting for him to have the marquez fight lined up to announce his comeback vs a southpaw in Ortiz.
There were rumours about that around the mosley fight so he never intended to jump straight into the pacquiao fight.
I still want the fight to happen though, boxing deserves it.

As a lightweight hes not even top 20 and considering that he most likely wont ever return to that weight theres no way hes going down as one of the greatest lightweights of all time.

The way the fight plays out will determine how both are looked at in history. If Floyd schools Pac (I expect him to) people will say 'as if he was scared, Pac should have taken the test etc etc'

I blame Pacquiao for the fight falling apart the first time around, before Pacquiao fought Clottey.

The Drug Testing was an issue what could of been resolved, but Pacquiao ran off and fought Clottey.

I blame Floyd for it falling apart the second time.

I think the whole Top Rank countdown, the "did negotiations happen or not" thing is bull****, but Floyd should of come out and said his piece and he didn't, and for that he's to blame for the fight falling apart the second time.

I think it depends on what happens. If Manny looks great against Marquez and Floyd beats his AZZ, then it might be forgiven. However, I really think Floyd needs 2-3 more marquee fights to shake his "weak" resume. If Manny knocks him out or if Ortiz beats him, then no it will never be forgotten. Floyd really has everything to lose.
