Even if Pac NEVER cheated

    Why shouldn't there be testing of the highest calibre in a fight of this magnitude to ensure that neither Pac or Mayweather cheat for there fight if they were to fight?

    Pac is only concerned with having blood drawn from him. Yet on the flip side of that, what if Mayweather chose to take steroids or Peds to fight Pac. Why is he more concerned with having blood drawn from him then from ensuring that Mayweather won't use PEDS for there fight?
