He has beaten Cammarelle twice now, last year at the world championships and now at the olympics. With the exception of the USA, it seems like most of the world dislikes the UK. And many Brits seem to be suffering from a major case of oikophobia. With two golds, one silver and a bronze, this is a great year for British boxing.

****ing ******ed post. The fight was close, I thought the Italian just scraped it but Joshua is only 22, and the guy could be the future if he progresses as he is.
haha people talking about a robbery, First of all learn the rules of an amateur bout. It was a close fight, a fight wich could have gone either way. His first fight against Savon was a gift though.
How on Earth is my post ******ed? It is refuting the idea that Britain paid any bribes. ****ing ******ed post on your end bro.
It was close enough to go either way. Watching Joshua made me think of michael grant; appears to have all of the physical tools but maybe lacks some fighting instinct. Or maybe judging him on this tournament is harsh
I agree. He has potential, but is far, far from Olympic gold medal quality. PS.: who's the guy in your avy?
....with 4 years boxing experience and coping with guys that have done it since knee high speaks volumes. I coach and he is an amazing talent and the speed will come on his feet. He for sure is a future heavyweight champ and you keyboard warriors especially stateside will have to deal with it and cope with the fact your going to go alot longer before you have a heavy weight champ. The boys 22 and you guys are already shooting him down, when his an AMATEUR... ESB is ****ed up!!!
