Same thing with the boxing results. Did the Brits have a good tournament? Certainly, although fair minded folks would say a little hometown cooking certainly helped. And yet, no sooner has the boxing competition ended, than British pricks are on here calling out Team USA.

Have we forgotten that boxers from the United States have historically dominated their counterparts from GB in the pro ranks (where it really counts)?

We have Sugar Ray Robinson, Willie Pep, Sugar Ray Leonard, Rocky Marciano, Henry Armstrong, Ali, and on and on and on... right up to present day P4Pers Floyd and Ward.

And who the **** does GB have? Jimmy Wilde? And now insert the sound of crickets chirping.

In the grand scheme of things it's ludicrous and pathetic. There's always been **** decisions in Amateur boxing,but the fight was close,it could have gone either way. We're talking a 22 year old novice with only 43 fights behind him,who only took up the sport a few years ago, taking on the vastly experienced Olympic and 3 time world champion. In fact the person who should be getting stick on here is Cammarelle,why a man of his ability and experience couldn't put away a relative novice.
Also "chest thumping?" this from a country which during the Atlanta games only showed T.V. footage of events in which Americans were taking part in,they weren't interested in **** all else.

Clearly there is doubt. I thought Joshua had won it by around a 2 point margin. The judges re-scored the contest through tv replay when the Italians chalenged the decision and the 2nd time round the judges had Joshua winning the contest even more clearly. These are international judges that are brought in by the IOC... no agenda.

ALSO PEOPLE forget one big thing. AT BAKU HE WAS ALSO IN THE FINALS. How did he make it there? It was the same opponents, it was not in London. He still made it to the Finals and lost a very debatable decision to the HOME TOWN FIGHTER.
