RDJ is not only a gent and a scholar who bangs Monica Belluci, but he is also the Dutch Chavez.

I think you would be better suited to the pro game, Rem.

Nah, I'm too old for that ****. I'm going to try to box one or two more times before the end of this year and that's probably it.

Its not about how hard you train, its about how smart you train.

Half the boxers i speak to must be a state of constant fatigue, because they train like utter ******s.

Feeling better of late you know man..!!

Renewed my gym membership last night, but my endurance is shot to ****, but allot better than these past few months.

I'm gonna buy that stuff, you showed me on pay day.

But everyday energy is feeling better, along with mood and confidence.

:happy Excellent! Sounds like you needed a little rest. Can't wait for your training log to be back and up.

well if you want to be a top amateur you will have to change your style.

you will have to prepare better before the fight and come out ready to rumble. You only get 3x2 rounds. its not a lot of time to be starting slowly. Amateur boxing is the equivalent to a sprint. Especially at the lower weights where there isn't many k.o. You will need to throw more punches against a good opponent. The scoring system makes it imperative to throw lots of punches.

It's all that cycling you do, you freaky-deeky Dutch!

Actually it might be. You probably have ridiculous areobic capacity, which might make it take longer for you to get warmed up. No worries though, Henry Armstrong used to take 2 hours to warm up on account of an abnormal heart.

Its affected my confidence the weight loss. I've not got the same aura, when I'm just generally walking about day to day, and people sense this.

Mentally its been very tough, because i didn't know what the **** was going on for months. The Doctor kept asking me was i on steriods, and sending me for ECG's, heart scans, blood tests..........****ing stupid *****.

Physically my endurance is ****, after 1 set of push ups on them handles. I will sit around for 6-7mins recovering.........

Its like ive been living with a disability, but ive fought it man.

Still worked out, and kept myself looking acceptable by my standards.

I'm 81kg now and quite lean, at 6"0.

I bought some egg white powder, because i seem to get bad reactions from most other protein shakes with soya or milk in it.

Sounds like classic adrenal fatigue symptoms.

I had the same thing happen and I bought the ampheta restore along w some T-Bol test booster today to offset all the test killing cardio and cutting calories that I do. Should help my mood even more.

Keep me updated bro. I wish you the best on the way back to the top.
