http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=944&cat=318&page=1 Are they the ones that you meant that are the better of the everlast range? If so i can get them over here lol, also the lonsdale traditional brown look ace. Theres a few on there id like but its hard to know whats good and whats not. http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=944&cat=318&page=1 http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=12&cat=318&page=2 Any one who gets a chance have a look and please advise any info greatly appreciated guys as im completly ignorant to what would be good for me. My main boxing at the mo is heavy bag work but i am planing to join a gym soon so a good all rounder would be great. :bbb
These are the "good" Everlast gloves. http://store.everlastboxing.com/everlast-velcro-training-gloves.html You would need to contact Everlast to see if they ship to the UK.
The gloves are pretty good but do not offer a whole lot of hand protection, if you are a big puncher you should but the higher grade Everlast gloves. I started out with those gloves but as I learned better technique my hands and elbows began to ache. The higher end Everlast gloves set you back about $80 bucks but they are well worth the investment.
Yeh i probably will make the investment tho i dont think im a big puncher.....yet lol! More expensive here i think, the high end ones on that link is £75 which i think is like 140-150 ish $$$ lol. Better to spend the cash once i suppose. Any alternatives recomendendations welcome too. Any one in the uk?
Also for any uk guys like me iv just worked out that its cheaper to get them off of everlast (where you also get the full range of colours and styles) the american site and pay the postage than a british one ??? It works out at about £ 65 inc shipping where as its 75£ over here :huh
http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=77&cat=318&page=2 What are title like too lol sorry. I love these very traditional looking , (you have to go into the menu to c the pic) . basically i want as much info/ recomendations of different gloves as possible also it will help other newbs lol. Any advice very welcome as i can afford high endish gloves but itll be only once in a long time lol. Cheers guys (they have to be all round training gloves) also for a begginer is it recomended to go for 16 oz or 14 oz? :good
Man thats a big mark up... I payed $65 cash for the good ones.. See if Everlast will ship directly to you.
Yeh it is alot of money, lonsdale are a big brand here in the uk but iv never used them but i think there ment to be pretty good. Any one from uk feel free to chip in advice. Everlast will ship to me and its cheaper even with shipping lol:huh
Correct i am, so lonsdale good you reckon, which ones do u think ? i like the traditional brown leather ones but theyve got some super pro training ones that look like the everlast too http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=2165&cat=318&page=1 http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=2165&cat=318&page=1 http://sugarrays.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=2003&cat=318&page=1
