The gloves are pretty good but do not offer a whole lot of hand protection, if you are a big puncher you should but the higher grade Everlast gloves. I started out with those gloves but as I learned better technique my hands and elbows began to ache. The higher end Everlast gloves set you back about $80 bucks but they are well worth the investment.

Yeh i probably will make the investment tho i dont think im a big puncher.....yet lol! More expensive here i think, the high end ones on that link is £75 which i think is like 140-150 ish $$$ lol. Better to spend the cash once i suppose. Any alternatives recomendendations welcome too. Any one in the uk?

Also for any uk guys like me iv just worked out that its cheaper to get them off of everlast (where you also get the full range of colours and styles) the american site and pay the postage than a british one ??? It works out at about £ 65 inc shipping where as its 75£ over here :huh
