Lemieux would pummel him and knock him out this dude might be the hardest hitting mw right now. All he needs to do is connect on your chin and your put to sleep The only issues he had early on in his career was stamina issues looks like he is pacing himself in fights very good now
Lemieux wins only if he can stop him in the first 5 rounds. if Jacobs can survive 5 rounds h e will win. Jacobs took GGG shots pretty well so I would pick him to beat lemmy by Ud or late Tko. even though I would be cheering for david. just giving unbiased opinion
Absolutely, Jacobs would deservedly be the favourite in this matchup. GGG couldn't catch up to him and KO him so I don't see how the slower and cruder Lemieux could be favoured to do so.
Lemieux is exciting because he is a big puncher but you'd have to favour Jacobs if they fought Better fundamentals and I feel he would UD Lemieux after weathering an early storm
Idk Lemieux is a raging bull for 3 rounds, IMO honestly one of the most dangerous fighters in the game.. for the first 9 minutes. If he stuck on Jacobs like a baby to a teet I could see him landing something. But after 3 if he didn't get the knockout it'd look pretty grim
Yes, I agree. But it's no use if he doesn't land it. GGG has more than enough power to KO Jacobs anyway, it's just that Jacobs is a very skilled boxer (he was a top am. too) and has an awkward rangy style with excellent movement. Seriously I'd only give Lemieux a 30% chance or so.
Yes, Lemiuex's got his shot for sure. If Jacobs is not switched on he'll get iced. But if Jacobs is careful, mixes things up and moves well, like in the GGG fight, he ought to win.
David power is crazy though first 4 rounds he fights like crazy if Jacobs makes it past that then davids chances lessen but still he has the power to change things

Jacobs did mention him actually, in fact he called him out directly on Twitter for a fight to which Lem's response was "I've got bigger plans". So it looks as though Lem has avoided the fight. /thread
Yes he does, GGG's obviously the better rounded puncher, but for one shot power, Lemieux is easily the heaviest puncher at 160
