Ever wonder how many Haye fans have actually seen him fight?

Why would you assume that most Haye fans haven't seen him fight on network television? Do you have any facts to back up your presumptuous statement?

 

I think Wlad is a good boxer, but serious, his fights are snooze fests! At least Haye going in with the intention of a knockout or get knocked out. With a Haye vs. Wlad fight, I believe all it would take is for haye to land a couple good shot's within 3 rounds and it's good night Wlad. His exictment is great and if he loses so what? I would take that any day of the week , instead of watching some out of shape HW come through as a mandatory and waste my time.

 

I know slightly bizzare assumption on the part of the OP. Especially as the majority of Haye's early career was on BBC, so most boxing fans in Britain have probably seen at least 75% of his pro fights...

 

Lennox has the coats on the wall and the wars that back him up. Even when Lennox got more dull as he got older, he had fights like Mercer, Briggs and destructions of Ruddock and Grant to support him.

 

Somebody made a classic thread about Haye awhile back. The theme related Haye to a 'Tough Man' fighter. Hilarious stuff. I've been trying to bump that bad boy, but I've been having trouble with the search option for months.

BTW isn't the OP the same idiot who said Holyfield was nothing more than a "muscular black man" or something silly to that effect? If he is then I can sort of understand why he's come to the conclusion that Haye's only supporters are people who like the way he looks with his shirt off.

This is my impression as david haye as a fighter......he seems to struggle with guys who arent afraid to come forward.....does wlad or vitali come forward? not that much.....

Haye has extremely good footwork, good hand speed, his bread and butter is his power straight right hand, and the most underrated aspect of his game is he is a good counter-puncher......
