Floyd opened up a can of worms, which may end up being the best thing to happen to boxing. I cannot remember ever in boxing except but for the last couple years that everytime a fighter has an exceptional performance, people question whether they were clean or not. Completely unnecessary to have that a component of the sport. Simply have a universal outside independent agency that tests all boxers such as USADA or similar. If more "top" boxers require that their opponnents must agree to in order to fight, it will become universal protocol. Problem is, are some of the top guys/draws using and thats why not requiring?? Why doesnt Martinez, Pac, Klit bros, Canelo, Cotto, Donaire, Khan,Chavez, JMM, Ward require this? They are shooting themselves in the foot because sooner or later they will fight someone using and end up on the short end of it. And even if they don't lose, they will continue to have each exceptional performance questioned by the opposing side instead of being celebrated and respected fully by all fans.

Most current case in point: Chavez Jr. People questioning his size, stamina, leg cramps, testing issues in TX. If you hear people talking without cause, why dont you easily remedy this by saying you will require strict testing for all of your fights? Why do you want false unfounded rumors swirling around your performances in this time of PED use if you are clean and easily can prevent this with testing?

Thorough testing should be mandatory for any fight between two boxers who are ranked in the top 10 of a weight class.
