    I actually thought and still think Brook is talented. He may have possibly been the best at 147 before moving up to face Golovkin, but he never actually proved that. I'm not claiming he necessarily had the chance to prove it if he wanted to. Boxing politics is a beast, and GGG himself is the textbook example of a guy who is unable to get the type of opportunities he's actively seeking out.

    I don't blame Golovkin for facing Brook. If I was advising him, I know I would have told him to jump on that opportunity. And it was a bold and brave move from Brook, although I don't think he had a particularly high risk proposition given the fact this turned out to ultimately be the mismatch most believed it would be before going in.

    But I do maintain that this type of fight is unbecoming of someone of Gennady's incredible level of skills and talent. I get the money, and I understand why he took the fight, but it's still a bit disappointing that a mismatch like this even happened.

    To me, it would be like Saunders moving to 175 to fight Kovalev.

    No he is, but Lemeiux is still a solid B level fighter.

    And that fight came about because khan was hiding from brook and canelhoe was running all over the world to stay out of GGG time zone

    The the duckers pair off against one another

    So the top dogs of their own divisions went at it

    It was a question of circumstance created by two people un willing to step up to the challenges in their respected divisions

    And as for 10 mill in never never land


    Can you imaginge agreeing to sell your car now and except the price but then turn round to the buyer and says yeah don't drive hold on to it till I'm ready to collect it , I mean the older it gets it becomes tax exempt vintage , then coming to collect and you saying well its worth more now and them saying its already done it non negotiable
