That's why they went from attacking Fury for avoiding Usyk (briefly) to take the circus fight to celebrating AJ dodging Wilder and others to take the same circus fight and now being in awe of AJ's achievement.

Just imagine how Hearn is laughing at the ease of running this 'brand'. He and AJ have successfully dodged all the top opponents since Usyk time and again and now people are implying AJ is somehow back to the top position or near to it.

Parker has actually done more in two fights than AJ has done FOR YEARS and those performances of Parker still weren't too convincing, points victory against a declined Wilder and getting dropped twice against a 40 year old.

Great points. For me it's the optics. Fury fans state he is the greatest, pundits claim his the man at heavy, then he drags out the unification fight with Usyk, then looks horrible against a guy he should have boxed circles around. AJ comes along and destroys Ngannou inside of 2. Not a very good look. But I cannot argue the points you've made.
