He didn't want the test, he blamed the test for his poor performance, yet he was clean.

Not wanting to take the test with PBF is totally consistent with this - Pac has the backing of precedent.

As to suing his manager: it ws actually his promoter Muhammad that he sued. This was for multiple reasons.

 

Neither one of the guys that are willing to take the tests will bring as much money to the table as pacquiao combined.

Well, its pretty obvious that these guys need Mayweather, Money May doesn't need them. If taking a drug test means a big pay day, of course they will to get a shot at the champ.

Difference between them and Manny, Manny doesn't need Floyd. He isn't going around saying hes the greatest of all time like Floyd. He draws just as well so its not a money issue for Manny.
