Everytime Mayweather has got hit clean, he immediately went after his opponent

    I always find it funny when posters throw shots at Mayweather, like when I see a Morales > Mayweather thread or some bull**** like that. Yall remember when Corley hit him clean? Mayweather immediately went to work. Shane hits him clean? The same round he's making Shane lean back. You hit a guy like Mayweather clean he will immediately try to get his. He's just such a better defensive fighter than these guys that this seems to be over looked. Sometimes I wonder if you've ever seen the guy fight.

    These guys just hate the fact that PBF is just as much of a warrior as guys like Morales, Barrera, Gatti, etc. He just doesn't allow himself to get hit in the face a thousand times. :lol: It's boxing. The objective it to hit & not get hit.

    He got hit pretty clean against Hatton and didn't 'come right back at him.'

    He got jabbed and pressured by DLH a bunch and didn't 'come right back at him'

    When he got hit by Mosley, he held on, and at the end of the round adjusted. He didn't 'come right back at him.'

    He adjusted and won these fights impressively soon after, but that's different. The thread you are referring to was talking about how Morales, when tagged, will often instantly answer with a combination. Floyd is a fine fighter, but this is not something he usually offers in his fights.

    GOD FORBID someone praises a fighter for a specific quality which they consider that fighter to display more than Floyd. GOD FORBID.

    He hasn't done this after everytime he's gotten hit clean. He's came back strong both times after he's been HURT by his opponent from shots to the head (which is a small sample size to choose from). Against Corley in the 4th round, and even against Mosley in the 2nd round. Landed a couple of nice shots at the 0:30 mark, backing Shane up. Dropped Chop Chop in that round, but the ref didn't rule a KD.

    Floyd, has a warriors mentality also. Check out Floyd against, Emmanuel Augustus, JLC, Phillip N'Dou and Chop Chop Corley. The man has heart!

    they ain't trying to hear that though. This board has something against black americans. They nearly busted a nut & jumped for joy when an entertaining guy like Kirkland lost the other night. Here you got an entertaining guy that hit & gets hit & they're happy he lost, but you can take a white guy like Katsidis who is the same way & the whole board gets upset.:lol::patsch
