According to Teddy Atlas's inside source, and I am paraphrasing, someone from Pacquiao's camp sent a couple of emails to Mayweather's camp asking what would be the penalty if Pacquiao tested positive for PEDS. The second email stated, if Pacquiao did test positive for PEDS, could we (Pacquiao and Mayweather's camp) keep this a secret for the benefit of boxing?
