According to Teddy Atlas's inside source, and I am paraphrasing, someone from Pacquiao's camp sent a couple of emails to Mayweather's camp asking what would be the penalty if Pacquiao tested positive for PEDS. The second email stated, if Pacquiao did test positive for PEDS, could we (Pacquiao and Mayweather's camp) keep it a secret for the benefit of boxing?

Now I will wait for some ******* to accuse Teddy Atlas of lying.

Great video. Very well done. I think Manny is a cheat and the proof is he won't submit to random blood testing.

Manny Pacquiao has been taking EPO and HGH for years!!!
He has all of his positive tests hidden by the athletic commissions.
He only agreed to take 3 blood tests because he knows how to cycle the drugs perfectly!

Pac has never tested for any banned substance. Fact.

Random urine test collected from Pac as recent as last Dec. 31 tested negative for any banned substance. Fact.

Anabolic steroids shows up in urine test. Fact.

Syntehetic HGH shows up in urine test. Fact.

Use of EPO products shows up in urine test. Fact

Pac was willing for his urine to be tested all the way to the fight day. Fact.

If Pac transfuses blood into himself (blood doping), he will be caught with blood test he agreed to right after the fight. Fact.

USADA has never caught any athlete through blood testing. Fact.

The fact that Paq has not sued Teddy tells me it is real, malicious prosecution is a nasty false lawsuit that can draw in your attorney cost you bookoo bucks in damages. I get the sense that something is indeed wrong...whether Pac is a recreational drug user or a ped using cheater we don't know his motive or his teams motive for sending the email.

Never testing positive doesn't mean you're innocent. We also know boxing tests are worthless and has too many holes. There are substances (including HGH) that are undetectable through urine testing.

Are you going to disagree with the doctor? I think she might know more about this than we do.
