Evidence against Pacquaio cheating

He passed it because he was on a new anabolic steroid that was still not on the list of banned substance.

 

As Victor Conte and many others have said, it becomes an IQ test if you're trying to get by cheating but passing a doping test in boxing.

Anyone that has followed James Toney's career knows he's a lazy fighter that shows up fightnight not in the best of shape physique wise......he's not a gym rat, and he does'nt eat right.

A person with those types of habits can easily forget to cycle out the PED's he took in proper time.

From what I read, for someone to cheat the system, you have to be very meticulous and know when to take, when to stop, and when to use masking agents to beat the tests.......

Knowing that James Toney is'nt a very diciplined individual, its quite easy to see that he could have fouled it up for himself and not done things according to instruction in order not to get caught.

Can anyone tell me logically why Pacs camp would inform Mayweathers camp their man is on PEDS?

They didn't outright say he was on PEDs, that way they would be able to deny he was on illegal substances by saying they were just asking for precautionary purposes. They allegedly asked if he was found guilty would they be able to keep the results private. With the stupid and clearly false lies that have come out of Pacquiao's camp to avoid random blood testing, I don't think it's unreasonable to believe they'd be dumb enough to send an email to Mayweather's camp asking this. If this is true, they obviously asked this in good faith, while never completely acknowledging PED use and not expecting it to become public.
