    Reading comprehension ain't your strong suit, is it? The article says Pac's team OFFERED to have a huge financial penalty if someone was caught dirty, and Mayweather's camp turned it down.

    Team Pacquiao wanted to know what would happen if Manny tested dirty. I don't know about you, but if I am clean, why would I offer a penalty fee if I test dirty? Sure the penalty was "for both fighters" but has there ever been a PED test penalty negotiated in a contract before? Is there a PED penalty in the Clottey fight?

    Are you really dumb or you trying to play dumb? What is the point of the test if there is no penalty for coming up clean or dirty? Them discussing the penalty would be part of the testing clause. This is grasping at straws at its best.

    Where is the "caught dirty" penalty for other fights in boxing? There isn't one. If caught dirty like another Freddie Roach fighter James Toney, the fight is thrown out. However Team Manny wanted to pay to make it go away.
