    The article states that pacqauio team came up with the drug testing penalty?? Floyd turned it down??

    The commission determines the penalty, which would most likely be a fine and a suspension, it sounds like team PAC wanted to just pay a purse fee and not be punished and still fight

    Please don't post on this unless you read the article.

    The commission does not determine the penalty. Like the weight clause. Come in over the weight and pay a fine. get caught juicing pay a fine. The only thing the commissioner can do is take his license for getting caught and make the fight a no contest if the fight already took place.

    Dude, you are an insult to your fellow Floyd fans. I suggest you approach your English teacher and let them do the reading for you. You obviously fail in your reading comprehension.

    This one clearly says that the Pac camp offered a penalty to either party if a party tests positive but the Mayweather camp rejected that offer. That makes it sound like Pac is more confident of passing the test than Mayweather.
