it doesnt strengthen anyones argument, top rank offered a 10mil test dirty penalty in lieu of olympic style testing, and this is all bob arum talking so who really knows, he also says he doesnt want manny getting tested during the weigh in or right before the fight this article as well, which is also a lie

Team Pacquiao suggested that whoever fails the olympic style testing has to pay a harsh penalty. Team Mayweather the one who is accusing Pacquiao of taking PEDs rejected the idea. This clears the air more of Pac not taking any PEDs, it makes team Pac look good.

First of read the article. Second thing, read what you just posted.

Read what you just posted ******. I know your dumb but you have now taken it to ******ation level. It doesn't even make any sense. they offered to pay a fine to PBF but PBF didn't want it. He just wanted the test and nothing to come with it if pac is found guilty. God you guys are stupid. You can't even make a valid argument. The article got blown out of the water and it confused you so bad your now talking like Roger and Sr combined.

umm no, keep digging your grave there buddy. why would manny induce a penalty on HIMSLEF if he knew he was on roids?

no, team pacquiao didnt even agree to olympic style testing period, let alone ask for an increased penalty for it. look at what arum said in the article, the 10mil dirty penalty had nothing to do with any random style testing, it had to do with the nsac standard procedure

"We will not go along with anytime blood testing the way they want it"
"The testing by the Nevada commission is more than adequate to catch any malefactors
    -Bob Arum

once again the 10mil penalty was for the standard nsac test, not olympic style

But... paying a penalty would be like going over the 147 pound weight limit. To me, I think the OP is trying to say Manny Team offered a money penalty if you tested positive. And that's what the punishment would be. Floyd would still be fighting a man that was taking steroids. So is it possible Floyd rejected this because of principles? He likes money, but not enough to still jump in the ring with someone with roids. I say this because... how can you pay a penalty if the fight doesn't happen because someone tests positive. Floyd doesn't have 10 million to throw away if the fight gets called off and he tests positive. But if it means the fight is on, but we will just give you more money to compensate for our cheating... then that says a lot. And adds suspicion to Pac's team.

Where am I wrong and what wrong assumption did I make?

Which Mayweather probably knew Pac never would fail. They were trying to pull a slick move. This adds more suspicion, not less. They tried buying Floyd off. Mosley didn't pass the NSAC test either, I'm sure that's where Floyd's mindset is at. He would rather have adequate testing and know, rather than let a 10 mil penalty stipulation be entered in the contracts. Because Pac could get off cheating and not pay... at least in Floyd's mind. And it's viable, Mosley never tested positive.

no floyd didnt want and money if manny was dirty..the test wasnt about money..it was to expose manny if was dirty and if was clean then floyd would know he was fighting on a level playing field..if you dont understand that i dont know what to tell ya

no, team mayweather rejected it because there was no random blood testing to go along with the penalty, which is all they really want

Because it's under the NSAC testing. And if he does use, then he knows he can get around that testing. Because how else has been cheating? He gets tested, remember? Floyd wasn't going to be beat off. And I'm sure they would think that Pac could cheat like normal and then just pass that NSAC test. Understand now?

It's one of the more sly moves Team Pac seemed to make.
