I was reading this thread and decided I won't try to call a fighter a bum again. I do think this made me realize that I should respect boxers more, regardless of their level. I know this might be obvious to some of you, but I hope we as fans, and boxing as a whole, can change for the better.

Also, Colon's last fight was at Eagle Bank Arena on the campus of George Mason University, which is where I went to college. It's crazy how such horrible events are ever so slightly connected to my life.
