Pipino Cuevas. Absolutly concussive power but a terrible chin.

Arturo Gatti - Loved having massive weight advantages but got stomped at 147

Re: Wlad, does anyone seriously believe that he could take some of his own punches and not get KO'd?

Earnie Shavers. Great power but his chin wasn't as great as his power.

If Tommy Hearns had a better chin he had the skills to be GOAT. I firmly believe that.

Felix Trinidad got dropped quite a bit earlier in fights but came back to win them except in the Hopkins & Jones fights.

Terry Norris. Good power, **** chin.

RJJ doesn't have the ko power anymore but still has good power but a bad chin as of now.

    I would know I'm a fan of all three:silly

Jesus Christ, Duran is NOT an example of that. Yeah, he quit. One time in 119 fights from 119 pounds to 176. He fought Leonard 3 times, Hearns, Benitez, Hagler, Camacho, Castro, Barkley, Pazienza, Marcel, Buchanan, De Jesus...etc. Apart from one fight he dished it out and took it from 1968 to 2001 for ****'s sake. He was renowned for punching power and an iron jaw. Duran? For that one fight? Come the **** on!

If all you know about Duran is the "no mas" fight, you're not a real boxing fan.

There are quite a few examples of fighters with concussive power having somewhat suspect chins.

Nigel Benn is a good example of a British fighter. Plus you've got Haye and Khan at the moment.

In reply to an earlier comment, I'd argue that Hearns is an all time great anyway, but if he had a good chin he could have been even better no doubt.
