Well the obvious answers are Sandy Saddler, and Eusebio Pedroza lol.
Pick a fight.
The most blatant was Saddler's mugging of Pep. Though they both should've and would've been DQ in a later era.
Pedroza's mugging of Juan Laporte. What I remember from that fight ( Saw it live on Tv)other than Pedroza's repeated fouling, was Laporte's constantly complaining to the ref, instead of retaliating, and making Pedroza respect him.
It kind of demonstrated Laporte didn't have the fire to be a champ in my opinion. Though he was very talented, and had a chin of steel.

 

Thailand is a country where a Thai can literally get away with murder if he has enough baht to pay off the police, prosecutor, judge and family of the victim. It happens all the time.
