i feel like if the ref did a great job you wont even remember them being inside the ring. i did however really like jack reiss's job in the ward v rodriguez fight. it was so dirty and foul filled and finally reiss had enough and sat em down for a minute long lecture giving both fighters stern warnings to clean it up or he would disqualify one, now as i stated above this goes by my usual grading method of a ref but the fight from then on was so much more enjoyable to watch, alot of clean boxing so it def stands out for me
Me too. Certainly wasnt aware of Mr Weeks at all when i watched the fight live. But rewatching and knowing the result, you notice things you never noticed before, such was the case here with the fantastic refereeing
