if floyd had rejected the $10m overweight limit fines, then people would say its because he intended on coming in overweight... but when pac rejects OSDT's, nobody says its because he intended on using PED's? :huh

if floyd didnt want the fight, he would have just stayed retired... if he didnt want the fight, he could have used the 50-50 split or the $10m fine excuse to get away from it... floyd will take a fight with pacquiao but he obviously wants to be sure pac is not on steroids... what dya think floyd will do if pac agrees to the testing?
